Greg Hellwig
Greg began his construction journey at a young age, helping to renovate his parents' home in Spring Lake alongside his grandparents and parents. It was there he discovered his passion for building and an appreciation for true craftsmanship. Over the past 25+ years, he has built homes for some of the most respected custom home builders along the New Jersey Shore, spending more than a decade with one firm and several years with others as a foreman and construction manager.
Greg brings extensive carpentry skills and comprehensive trade knowledge to every project, with experience managing builds ranging from multi-million-dollar custom homes to renovations and remodels of all sizes. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to precision, he ensures each project is executed with care and high-quality craftsmanship that consistently exceeds client expectations.
Roseann Hellwig
With over 25 years of experience managing transformation projects and leading strategic operations, Roseann brings strong leadership, organization, and structure to every construction project. She spent more than two decades at JPMorgan Chase and Barclays in New York and Delaware, serving as an Executive Director and leading global technology programs, regulatory initiatives, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-value solutions. She brings this same institutional-level project management discipline to residential construction.
Roseann's entrepreneurial mindset was shaped early by watching her father operate small businesses in Jersey City, New Jersey when he was in his 20's, and by her mother's resilience and strong work ethic while raising three children on her own. Those influences continue to guide her approach today - ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination, and a seamless experience for homeowners.
Together, Greg and Roseann are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and a trusted building experience for homeowners across the New Jersey Shore - whether creating a custom dream home or transforming an existing space.
